This is a place for people taking GLP-1 medications like Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, or compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide. Maybe you're thinking about starting, maybe you took your first dose this morning, or maybe you've been at it for a year. Whatever brought you here, you belong.

A few things to get you settled:

• Read the Community Guidelines. They're short. The big ones: be kind, no shaming of bodies or choices, no buying or selling medication, and nothing here replaces your prescriber.
• Pick a nickname. Your privacy matters. You don't need to use your real name.
• Say hello in Introduce Yourself. Share as much or as little as you like.
• Ask anything. No question is too basic. Someone here has probably wondered the same thing.

Tideflock is a free iOS app for tracking doses, estimated medication levels, weight, and side effects. It's still in development and coming soon. If you have ideas for it, the Feedback and Feature Requests forum is the place to share them.
