This one's for the app! 🛠️ Tideflock is free, and it's being shaped by the people who use it. That means you.

The plan includes things like shot logging with reminders, a medication-level "tide" chart, injection-site rotation, side-effect notes, weight, protein and water tracking, and exporting your history. You can see the full list at tideflock.app.

Tell us:

• Which feature are you most excited about, or which do you use most? Any tips for getting the most out of it?

• What's on your wishlist? Something to track, a reminder you'd love, a chart that would help, or a small thing that would make your day easier.

No idea is too small. We read every post here, and the best ideas get added to our list. 🐦

Logging is a habit, and habits come with myths. 🔍 Let's bust a few!

Myth: "You only need to log the bad days."

Fact: The ordinary days matter too. They give your log context, so patterns are easier to spot.

Myth: "If you forget once, the whole log is useless."

Fact: Nope! A gap is just a gap. Pick it back up the next day. Consistent beats perfect.

Myth: "A good log has to be super detailed."

Fact: Simple and steady usually wins over a big system you give up on.

Myth: "Tracking is for spreadsheet people."

Fact: A tap, a sticky note, or one line in a notebook all count.

This thread is about the habit of tracking only. For anything about your health or medication, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.

What's a tracking myth you used to believe? 👇

Time for a sip break! 💧 Drinking enough water can be weirdly hard, so let's swap the tricks that actually work.

Tell the flock how you hit your daily goal:

• Bottles: A favorite tumbler? One with time markers? A big jug you refill twice?

• Reminders: Phone alarms, app nudges, a glass with every meal?

• Flavor tricks: Citrus slices, cucumber, frozen berries, herbal tea, sparkling water?

• Habit hooks: A glass right after brushing your teeth, before coffee, or at every red light (as a passenger 😄)?

How much water is right for you depends on you, so ask your doctor what goal makes sense before you set one. This thread is all about the how.

So, what's your number-one trick for getting your water in? 👇

When do you usually log your dose?

• A) Right after. Done and dusted ✅

• B) Later the same day

• C) The next morning ("oops 😅")

• D) I lean on reminders to nudge me ⏰

• E) Something else. Tell us!

Reply with your letter, and add a line about what works (or doesn't) for you. Little tricks like a sticky note on the fridge or logging before you put the pen away are gold for newer members.

(A reminder that this is about the habit of logging, not about dose timing. Questions about when to take your medication are for your doctor or pharmacist.)

So, which letter are you? 👇

If you're past your first week (or in it right now), tell the flock:

• What surprised you? The good, the weird, the unexpected.

• What helped? A routine, a reminder, a snack, a pep talk.

• What do you wish you'd known? The tip you'd give your day-one self.

Everyone's first week looks different, and every story is welcome. Please share your own experience, not dosing instructions for others. If something doesn't feel right, check in with your doctor or pharmacist. They're the best people to ask.

So, what's the one thing you wish someone had told you before week one?

Whether you're thinking about starting, took your first dose this week, or you've been at this for a while, you belong here. There's no "right" place to begin.

To get things going, tell us:

• Your name or nickname. A nickname is totally fine, and it keeps your privacy safe.

• Where you're from. City, region, or just "somewhere rainy" works.

• One thing you hope tracking helps you with. Remembering dose days? Spotting patterns? Feeling more in control?

Share as much or as little as you like. Please skip personal details like your full name, address, or prescription info.

We'll start: we're the small team behind Tideflock, and we built this place so nobody has to do this journey alone.

So, who's here? What's your nickname, and what do you hope tracking helps with? 👇

Hi, and welcome to Tideflock Community. We're glad you found us.

This is a place for people taking GLP-1 medications like Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, or compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide. Maybe you're thinking about starting, maybe you took your first dose this morning, or maybe you've been at it for a year. Whatever brought you here, you belong.

A few things to get you settled:

Read the Community Guidelines. They're short. The big ones: be kind, no shaming of bodies or choices, no buying or selling medication, and nothing here replaces your prescriber.

Pick a nickname. Your privacy matters. You don't need to use your real name.

Say hello in Introduce Yourself. Share as much or as little as you like.

Ask anything. No question is too basic. Someone here has probably wondered the same thing.

Tideflock is a free iOS app for tracking doses, estimated medication levels, weight, and side effects. It's still in development and coming soon. If you have ideas for it, the Feedback and Feature Requests forum is the place to share them.

Questions about the site? Email support@tideflock.app.
